The terms that govern your use of MarketSignal.

Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. One human per seat — please.
Acceptable use
Don't use MarketSignal to harass, deceive, or violate third-party rights. See our acceptable use policy for details.
Subscription & billing
MarketSignal offers monthly and annual plans through Stripe. Enterprise agreements may use Stripe Connect Enterprise, Dwolla/Treasury workflows, or written order forms. Solo plans can be cancelled instantly subject to the billing cycle; Enterprise requires 30 days' notice.
Cancellation
Solo plans can be cancelled instantly from settings, subject to the current billing cycle. Enterprise agreements require 30 days' written notice. Your data remains accessible through the end of the paid period.
Service availability
MarketSignal targets 99.9% uptime for the Public API and 99.95% uptime for Data Ingestion. Support response targets are 4 hours for Grade 1 support and 24 hours for Grade 2 support.
Intellectual property
You own your data. We own the MarketSignal software, models, and brand. Insights generated for you are yours to use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
